I was scared to about starting but now I’m not. It’s something that happens to everyone tell your mum and everything will be OK. Reply

Congratulations! It’s nothing to be scared or embarrassed about sweetheart! Tell your Mum and she’ll fix you up with some towels or tampons. It’s OK to be scared, it’s the first really big sign that you’re growing up, an you’re a woman now, but see it as an adventure, not as something to be scared about.

In some countries it’s a really special occasion in a girl’s life. They invite all their friends and family over for a special cake and have a party. It’s not like that in the UK, but it some ways perhaps it’d be better if it were. It’s a reason to celebrate, so cheer up and go and tell someone!  Reply

I really think you should tell your mum. She has been though all of this and knows how to deal with it! And don’t be scared! If you are scared, what are you scared about? Reply

re: GUYS I'M SCARED Kipper

Just relax about it tell someone close to you like your mum or a sister. You might think it’s embarrassing but it happens to all girls your age! Good luck! Reply
