I've recently put on a few pounds, which has made me go up a dress size and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for me to lose a few pounds and get toned up for when I go on holiday in a few weeks. Reply

Take
plenty of exercise; this is the key into losing fat.
Healthy food, you have to eat 5 fruits and veg every day and go easy on the junk food.
Drink
plenty of water.
Keep
to 3 meals a day don’t eat between meals. If this doesn’t work, try eating 4
small and healthy meals each day, rather than 3 big ones.
REMEMBER
- To lose a lot of weight in teenage years is not good as you are still growing.
