Everyone
develops at different times. Usually armpit hair is last, but some people have
it first - nobody is the same - everything comes in different orders at different
times depending on when our bodies are ready to deal with them. She'll catch up
with you when her body is ready for her to, don't worry.

You've got
hair under your armpit because you are developing quicker than your best friend,
even if you are younger. It's not a problem.
