I started
pubication about 3 yrs ago when I was 10 and now when I go on my bike to school
or work my privates kill what should I do? Please reply!

You
could try a soft saddle, or a gel saddle cover which fits over the saddle you
already have. You can get special shorts which have a padded bum, basically, so
that it protects you from the saddle. Alternatively, there is a spray that you can get for this problem
that numbs the area so it's not painful.
