Christmas is coming up and I want to lose weight. I also want to lose weight because I'm going to a formal in February, I don’t have time, nor can I make time for exercise. Any advice is very much appreciated. Reply

I know you don't want to hear this, but whether you're trying to lose weight or not, you should be exercising regularly. It's not difficult to make time for. It doesn't have to be 3 hours a day, just walk or run instead of taking the car, make time for a 20 minute swim after school...anything like that will help. Exercise also helps you to think clearer, and reduces anxiety and stress. It is the fastest and most efficient way to lose weight, and it's a good habit to get into anyway." Reply
