10) Weight Issues Mary

OK so I’m overweight... Sometimes it does bother me, and I will be slim by September!! Today I bought diet pills off eBay... don’t ask me what made me do it.. It cost £8.45, and all the reviews on there say it genuinely works. I can’t believe I’ve been so stupid to buy them! I mean I doubt they'll work but at the minute I’ll do anything to fit in a size 16 (I’m well above a size 16). Reply

PLEASE don't take them. They may not work, or worse, they can seriously damage major organs and could make you ill. You’re young: you don't need them. A good diet and regular exercise will help you to lose weight and to boost your self-esteem. Reply
