11) No snacks diet Bubbles

My mate went on this no snacks diet, and she wasn't allowed to eat any snacks and she did really well, she started it like last week, and she told us today she’s already lost half a stone! I'm going to doctor because although I’m not really fat, my weight is higher than a lot of people’s and I’m really small, so they all think I’m light but when they want to give me a piggy back or something, I say I'm heavy, but they won't believe me, but I am! So I’m going to see what this sort of "diet" is like! And that should be alright! I'm starting it tomorrow. Anyone else got any diet tips? Reply

A no-snacks diet is the best type of diet, because you don’t cut down the amount of nutrients in your diet, and you don’t really eat much less, you just cut-out the junk food. Make sure that it your meals you get enough to eat, but don’t stuff yourself, and that you get a healthy balance of foods. Try to eat at the same times each day, and don’t make your evening meal to late, so that your body can start to digest it before you go to bed. Good luck! Reply
