Irregular Periods Amy
Hiya I’m Amy and I’m 14. I started my periods when I was 12 and now they are sometimes 15 days apart. I really annoys me. Please can you help or give me some advice? Thanks. Amy .x. Reply

If your cycle is really short or unpredictable after 2 years you should probably see your GP just to check you're OK. It's probably not a problem. Ask to see a woman if you're embarrassed.
They may recommend that you go on the pill, which will stop your periods altogether (saves the hassle, huh?!). Talk to your Mum about it; it may be that she has a short cycle too. Keep a note of when your periods are and how long they are in a book or on a calendar. Doesn't have to be obvious, you could have a secret sign like a red dot or something, just so you can keep track, and take it with you to the doctors.
How long is it until
you’re 15? If it's not too long then you could wait and bring it up when you
