Zira - "Well, in my opinion it's not necessary at all! Some people get even uglier and if they are pretty, they get ugly!!! I don't use  much make-up my self. To all off you who use make-up every day, why is make-up necessary? I'm just wondering..."

Nat - "It's just like TV, or whatever. You like it, you think you need it, but you can easily live without it. It's just best not to wear too much, that's all."

Frida - "It's not needed. It's a luxury (that doesn't stop me using it!)"

Penny - "It's a luxury, but I think you can forget that sometimes as there is so much pressure on teenage girls to look like supermodels all the time. I wear some make up most days but that's just because I like how I look with it on. If I don't have time or if I just don't feel like it I don't wear it, that's not a problem, but when you know your going to have a really hard day ahead of you its feels good to do something nice for yourself like putting on some make up. But its a luxury "

Fearne - "A bit of both. We couldn't last without pampering ourselves, but little kids who don't wear make up are still alive so it must be a sort of luxury?? :-)"

Lily - "I think it's a luxury. There are loads of people who don't wear make-up. I think make-up just covers up who you really are if you use it all the time."

Charlie - "A luxury. Think of all the animals who have given their lives so that people can slap a load of chemicals on their faces."

Milly - "Of course it’s a luxury. It enhances your features, but it cannot change them, it is merely to give confidence. I feel more confident about my looks if I’m wearing make up."

Princess - "In my case a necessary!! LOL!"

Katie - "It's necessary in my case too. I can't leave the house without it! It just gives me more confidence that's all. "
