We're still *groan* experiencing technical difficulties with the Sex Questionnaire. The online-form doesn't appear to be getting to our e-mail, even though it says that it's sending (oops!). Please fill in the easy-text questionnaire, and we'll try to sort the proper one out asap for you! Sorry! In addition to this there is now a Smoking Questionnaire. However, this has the same technical difficulties (oh dear!). We're going to try to get someone who knows about computers to fix this soon! In the meantime, we'd love to know your opinions, so please fill out and e-mail the easy-text questionnaire back to us!
